Napoles wanted to remain in Taguig City, Bagong Diwa’s Penology facility and the Bureau of Jail Management and filed a plea for the same, which Pork Barrel Legislation denied.
But, Napoles’ imprisonment was extended, and she remained imprisoned for a complete seventy years, five months, and thirteen days in imprisonment.
