The judge was later pronounced dead. Pedro Argote Hagerstown is a suspect in killing a 52-year-old married father. The demand for a protection order was submitted on June 12, 2022, in Washington District Court, charged Pedro Argote with harassing his Wife and kids via text messages, continuous surveillance by security cameras, and threats to take custody of their children. The children are 12 years old, 11 years old, and 3 years old.

On Thursday, in a partial divorce ruling of the case, Wilkinson signed an injunction that prohibit Pedro Argote from having any contact or visitation with his kids. Pedro Argote Wife and Argote were not to communicate either.
