“The song is by Yuri Shevchuk of the DDT group, who had a personal encounter with Putin in a meeting last year
The song is titled Pravda na pravdu or “The right to truth” and it’s about civil war, more about the chaotic and much more bloody 1993 events than about the ‘heroic’ 1991. How some people are going about their daily life while others are protesting, police are beating etc. In 1993 the protesters were the communists and the pensioners, not the democrats.

and here in chaotic google translation, but the language is very poetic and difficult to translate even for a human and not a google translator
